Jordan joined Farrar Bates Berexa in 2024. His practice focuses on police liability defense, real estate errors and omissions defense, municipal liability defense, civil rights defense and governmental tort liability defense. He is an experienced litigation attorney who strives to seek the best possible results for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Jordan achieved successful results for clients as an associate attorney at a firm specializing in truck/automobile accident defense, premises liability defense, real estate defense and construction defect defense.
Jordan is a 2023 graduate of Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was a member of the International Law Society, the Maritime Law Society, and the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. During law school, he served as an intern at Griffin Law Group in Sparta, Tennessee, where he assisted in drafting motions and conducting research. He also served as an intern for the Jefferson Parish District Attorney’s Office in Gretna, Louisiana, where he assisted a former first assistant district attorney in the appeals unit by retroactively examining prison sentences. He also served as a research assistant for Dane Ciolino, the Alvin R. Christovich Distinguished Professor of Law at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
Jordan was born in Decatur, Illinois, and raised in McMinnville, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys weightlifting, cooking, running and golfing.
